New Classics Ballet Theatre debuted its inaugural production, The Secret of the Old Clock, at the Liya Arts Center on April 17–18, 2026, performing to three sold out audiences.

Featuring a cast of twenty-five professional dancers, a brand new original score, and handmade costumes, the production told the story of a young detective whose bravery, curiosity, and cleverness led her to uncover the mystery behind a missing will that shook a small town. The Secret of the Old Clock was created for audiences of all ages and marked the beginning of New Classics Ballet Theatre’s mission to create new original story ballets for the community.

Following the success of The Secret of the Old Clock, New Classics Ballet Theatre is continuing its mission of creating original story ballets for the community.
